Challenge
The Circa Knee team had reached its technological limitations. Using an out-of-the-box funnel software and eCommerce software was resulting in good – but not great – sales. They were having trouble scaling, especially globally.
Solution
The GPC team migrated Circa Knee’s top performing funnels to its PCI level-1 compliant CRM and CMS, which allows for multilanguage, multicurrency campaigns.
The team also helped CircaKnee acquire new merchant processing, alternative payment relationships, and more global customers (via worldwide media buying). All were critical for global scale.
Outcome
Before enlisting GPC’s help, Circa Knee sales in non-U.S. markets were at 0. Now, they regularly average over five figures.
Non-U.S. revenues also jumped significantly. As of April 2021, 80% of total global eCommerce revenue for CircaKnee stemmed from non-U.S. markets.
